Advanced Wiring Solutions is dedicated to establishing a dynamic
working relationship with production and custom home builders. We offer very
flexible programs that provide the Homebuyers with the latest technology, but
maintains a fluid process in the building of the new home. Our company has a
great track record of handling the sometimes hectic scheduling of "pre-wires"
and "trim-outs" of low voltage wiring systems in new homes without hindering
construction schedules or holding up inspections.
AWS will meet with the Homebuyers and answer any questions they may
have. Our sales staff is trained on the installation of all our product lines
which provides them with the expertise to explain to the buyer what will come
standard with the home and inform them of all "upgrades" that are available.
Standard packages will be established independently with each Builder based
on their particular needs. These special pricing programs shall be established
with a "Baseline" configuration containing standard items and a separate list of
"Upgrades" with unit prices for additional components that the Homebuyer has the
option to add.
